The wire wheel brushes fit without issue on an angle grinder allowing for the safety guard to also be installed. I have used one of the brush wheels on a vehicle chassis to remove surface rust and the item worked well with no loss of the twisted wire from the wheels during use. Commonly these types of wheels loose small strands when the brushes are rotating at speed on a grinder but I have not found that has occurred with these.
