ORDERS

DELIVERY

We strive to offer the best delivery service available by using three couriers with whom we have had a good working relationship and provide the best value for money. The two main couriers we use are DPD for next day/large parcels and Royal Mail for small/light weight parcels. For overseas deliveries we use FedEx and DPD.
Overseas shipping costs are quoted during the checkout process but are subject to change when we obtain a quotation from the courier company. If the quote from the courier company is more than quoted in the checkout process we will need to take further payment to cover this before the order can be dispatched.

PRE ORDERS
If you purchase a product which is on pre order, the website will state an approximate date or number of days which we expect the item to be in stock.
