5 Pc 3/16" Diamond Chainsaw Sharpener works well! Have sharpened my small 16 inch chainsaw 3 times with one burr and it's still work well. Trick is to run the rotary tool at the lowest speed, apply very light pressure to not overheat the tool or blade, and jog the burr up and down on the blade edge to use the entire length of the burr while it's spinning.

Unfortunately, these are too big for both of my chainsaw chains. I'll find some dremel uses for them. Thanks.
