I have struggled with my weight for many years. I've tried this and I've tried that but they worked for only a short period of time. I was looking for a supplement to help me loose weight, when I accidentally came across these. Now, I can only speak for myself. When reading the reviews, I was sceptical in buying buy I thought I'd give it a go. The first day or two, I experienced nausea, extreme tiredness and an upset stomach. However, this did not last NO LONGER than 48 hours. It didn't work straight away. Within 10 days, I lost 2lbs. Each week I lost 1b. Having said that, I began to exercise after the 3rd week. I'm pleased that I can look forward in weighing myself with the expectation of losing a minimum of 1.5lb per week. I used to suffer from constipation but since taking the Detox, it ... Sorry dont work
I exercise 4x + a week have strict diet unfortunately these don't work. They made me feel slightly sick, churning stomach, they did raise my temperature but I'd put that down to the amount of caffeine they must contain. Not a fan of tablets either too many binders. I will go back to my original brand of ketones which works really well for me, and turned my scepticism around.

I've went from 13st to 10st, although it has been through healthy diet and exercise also, but the capsules have helped speed it along definitely.
