It's in the title!
First borrowed this book from my local library and decided I would like my own copy. Bought a 'previously owned' copy at a bargain price. Great value and since then I have been trying out a number of the 'healthily lighter' but still delicious recipes. Having said that, they still have enough ingredients to ensure a tasty but slightly less 'guilty' bake.
