Hidden gem
Ordered this as my usual AC/DC had failed and i was in a pickle.Wasnt expecting miracles given the price to be honest. Was delivered next day as described well packaged. Well having used it for around 8 hours straight both AC/DC i cant fault it great little machine really impressed. I had all the accessories needed like regulator and gas etc so was 5 mins to setup. Would definitely recommend to a beginner or a seasoned welder. Dont be put off by the price it is a great product.

Great little budget welder with massive functionality.
The item arrived in under two working days by courier, direct from the UK importer and was nicely packaged. On unboxing and inspecting the equipment I found the leads, connectors and clamps to be of good quality and up to doing the job they are intended for. Nice little touches like a good wide copper braid between the jaws of the earth clamp show that some proper thought has gone into building a good weld set. Overall the welder itself is of reasonably good quality, given the price of the set. and the only slight quibble I had was that some of the knobs on the potentiometers had been misaligned and slipped through quality control but this in no way affected the performance of the machine and two minutes with a screwdriver had them set correctly. The finish of the machine is good with a nice powder coated case and clearly printed labels on the front of the machine. The set is pretty quiet in operation and has produced some good welds in MMA function. I will update this review, if I can, once I have tested fully the various modes of operation in TIG function. My initial impressions of this machine are that it looks to be a fantastic welder for the price and it has come in at the top of my expectations in terms of it's ability to do the job and enable me to learn various welding techniques using the vast functionality of the set. The packaging isn't great, 2 little bits of polystyrene in opposite corners, my casing was damaged slightly. The accessories that are included are a bit hit and miss. 3 different size collets, but only one size collet body, so only one collet can be used. One of the back caps was missing, but I got a new set when I ordered an accessory kit. Welding mask is hand held, so only good for MMA welding. You will also need argon gas, regulator, Tungstens, filler rods, mask & accessories. The welder itself is an amazing piece of kit, with lots of settings, and with AC/DC it really is good for the money. The welder gets 5 stars from me, unfortunately the accessories and lack of information about what else you'll need let's it down a little. I still highly recommend this welder, but be prepared to spend another £200 - £250 to get up and running.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

amazing machine
this machine is amazing i am a mechanical enginner and have used all makes of welders in my time,I have used this welder to tig weld alloy and stainless steel and the quality of weld is brilliant i have a mate who has a Rtech make and this welder is better as he also said the welds are neater ,and it was with me with in 2 days of ordering the item and the torch is a wp 26 and a nice feel to the switch and not a heavy torch ,Overall i am well happy with the item and can highly recommendVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Light Weight Welder with Heavy Weight Performance

best bit of kit i have ever had
amazing ,works very well i am no expert when it comes to welding but this bit of kit is exceptional best to keep a log of settings used on different jobs as a reference pictures show rohr 200 inverter sitting on top of a stamos welding trolly weith a clark 90 mig on bottom shelf.
