I had to write something positive about this skipping rope, as I have had many ropes in the past! This one is an absolute masterpiece, with adjustable option and a spare rope too! Though I would recommend this to intermediate-advanced skippers, boxers. Novice can use this one, no doubt, but it might be difficult to handle. It is a thin steel rope, so chances of getting hurt are a bit high, especially when you have not skipped at all! Even though it is encased within proper fiber body. For all other it is a must have and good quality at a great price!!
