I ticked the box on delivery Royal Mail. The seller bye passed the box I ticked and chose Evri. Nearly two weeks for delivery with no updates until the day of delivery. Then when I got home from work the day of delivery my letter box was broke where the item was forced through the letter box. Then hardly surprised to find the item was not what I ordered. The screws where counter sunk and not flat as per image on the sellers site. Never again absoultly unbelievable service disgusting in a word.

I contacted the seller who tried to tell me the replacement product was more expensive but that I could have it at no extra charge but I could have bought it from other suppliers for less. Nit worth starting to send back etc too much hassle and life is too short but will NOT buy from again.
