I asked for a wine red corsage bracelet. They sent me a navy one. They then ignored all 3 messages asking them to put things right.
I was made to feel I didn't matter as a customer as they already had what they wanted. Customer satisfaction meant nothing when the money entered their pockets.
You can get the same items at the same price & waiting time elsewhere on eBay. Do yourselves a favour if you want to be treated as more than this and shop elsewhere. You deserve that at the least!

Very bad service when it was delivered it was broken not open still in a seal plastic packet when I wrote to the seller that could not be bothered to read my message said I was delayed in the poast I wrote back said I've got the package but you not read what I have wrote over 10 days ago still nothing ... it no good complaining to Ebay thay don't respond no help at all from anyone
