Not all I had hoped it would be.
I bought these to replace all my original Air Wick Fragrance Dispensers which were old and needed renewing. I was not particularly happy with the price of the Dispensers nor the refillable fragrances, of which there are many different aromas, which is a positive point. However, until I purchased these new units I was unaware that they operated for only 8 hours and shut down for the other 16 hours in all 24 hour periods. 😳 Even whilst they are working during the 8 hours, they do not pump fragrance often enough that my room smells fragranced. I have a great sense of smell and I can rarely smell much, even whilst I’m in the same room having watched it mist the fragrance. 😣 I have them set on Max but there needs to be a few more higher levels to access. Currently the highest level setting is inadequate in my opinion. My old style Air Wick Pump Freshners always made all my rooms smell lovely, all the time until they needed a refill. As I have no intention of returning to the older style Air Wick as they are bulky and look outdated compared to the much small newer mist dispensers, I have had to come to terms with the fact that I need double the new mist units in each room to achieve the fragrance load I desire. ☹️ Another important hint - when you buy the mist units and are setting them up for the first time, be aware that as you activate them all within a few minutes of each other, from that point on, they will always mist all together during the eight hours. Some people may be fine with this feature, but personally, I prefer that all areas are being misted in a broader misting schedule than they will be if you activate them all together as you first set them up. My suggestion is to vary your 16 hour ‘dead time’ of no misting, just activate them at different times of the day and not all within a minute or two of each other. These are fairly new on the market, shame on you Airwick as you have released these units into the urban stores and local shops, with INSUFFICIENT testing and not enough feedback from buyers and users. That’s a major FLAW in my informed opinion, and your R & D Teams need to respond to this sad situation ASAP. 🤗Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Airwick Mist Diffuser
The Refill in the package has a top which you can not remove .l had to take it into my local Supermarket and after a struggle the guy managed to unscrew the top. I contacted Airwick they advised me if l had a man living with me to get them to remove by hand if not with a pair of pliers. I don't live with anyone so their suggestion was not helpful. I think they should re design the top of the bottle and make it easier to unscrew. I would not recommend this item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not aromatherapy
