excellent service well recommended to one and all.Arrived in perfect condition.However a word of caution regarding this product....the knuckle joint right behind d tge monutor mount is made of soft plastic I could not hold a 6.2 kilo monitor at the right angle no matter how hard I tightend the joint.I recommend a star washer M6 x2 are used to help lock the joint solid.then it will hold your monitor at the angle you want.
