I Was unable to get this working on Windows 7(32&64) or Windows 10. On Ubuntu it failed to program the device - my conclusion is that this particular programmer is defective in some way, as there was no JTAG commnication with it. The seller was very apologetic and after a few days I received a 100% refund. I see many 100s of these have been sold so they clearly must usually work.
