Worked when other products didn't.
Tried wet spray lubes on my sticking motorcycle ignition lock but no joy. Dried out the lock with compressed air, gave a few squirts of Ambersil Dry. After a couple of wiggles of the key it now works every time. So pleased not to have to change the lock.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not that effective
I used this product because oil was not recommended for my new door locks. The keys did not slide in smoothly. I used the product but it did not really make a noticeable difference. Excellent product
I've used this on both padlocks and car locks. It really works very well but be patient as it can take a few key insertions and turns to work in to the lock. Use sparingly and wipe off excess as it can stain. It transformed several locks that had become stiff after using normal oil or WD40 type products. Many lock manufacturers specify graphite lubricant as it stays in place and doesn't attract grit. If the lock is really bad and dirty you may need to use something like WD-40 mainly to flush out the crud then once it's more or less dry use the graphite. The liquid really just distributes the graphite which is the real lubricant. Yes it is expensive but it really is excellent and a little bit goes a long way.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent lubricant for Euro profile locks
I bought this to lubricate a couple of Euro profile door locks, which had become quite difficult to operate. Working like new now. A M A Z I N G!!
After a life-time of squirting WD 40 into locks to make them work better - I discover that it's the wrong thing to do! It only clogs up the mechanisms. This stuff is astonishing: key was sticking in back door lock, and was very awkward to open. I felt sure I'd break the key if I tugged at it any more. Then I discovered this graphite lumbricant- two squirts, a wiggle or two, a few minutes patience and IT'S AS GOOD AS NEW. Works Perfectly
Had a very sticky conservatory lock, I nearly went to WD40 it but after googling it and speaking with a relative they recommended a graphite lock lubricant. This is a spray with a very fine nozzle, just shake as you would any other aerosol and then two very quick and mean VERY quick squirts into the lock and it now instantly unlocks like butter whereas before I would have to gently jiggle the lock a few times before it would unlock risking breaking the key.
