Very good book. The content is relevant to the subject and quite clear. It is a great help. Since English is not my native language, I face some difficulty with the expressions.

I bought this item out of interest .The book is well written the author has a unique style. At times I feel the author goes off the subject and isn't relevant, but thats my opinion. An account of personal experience. The author is a well educated and based in America. At times I feel is not for the jo blog although I understood the context. I feel at times the author is just name dropping which I didn't like.I would read another book by the author and as this was the first book I would expect better the next time .
The book is a great read and fantastic for anyone suffering from Bipolar (Manic Depression) or for those who know someone who does. Kay goes into personal details of her life effectively and draws the reader in.
fantastic book for anybody who suffers or know anybody who suffers from bi-polar you would not regret reading it.
