Bought one as my wrist joints are getting duff and holding a manual knife sharpener with enough strength to stop it moving with the draw of the blade was pretty hard. This suction cups to your work top and stays put. I've also got an old knife that has been manually sharpened over decades and is pitted and dull, but it's my favourite knife. 3 draws through the AnySharp and it's got a lovely razor cut again. I'll admit I was dubious even after watching the vid, but boy was I wrong. I have now purchased another 3 for my family members. Highly recommended, superb quality and definitely worth the price. Bought the any sharp sharpener and found it really good for renovating and maintaining knives. So good that I bought another one for work. But after a year of being stuck to the kitchen surface the rubber pad has parted from the plunger two weeks later the other one did exactly the same. In hindsight I should’ve just stuck it to the surface when I needed it. Instead of having it permanently on display.

I was a bit sceptical when I placed the order having seen so many positive reviews but this is without question the best and easiest to use knife sharpener I have ever used. Amazing that with just 6 or 7 pull throughs, my knives were probably sharper than when I originally bought them!! I don’t usually leave reviews as quite often what I receive just meets expectations.
