Purchased both second hand on eBay for £250 which I believe is the correct price level for these wonderful speakers. Siri integration is just right for music listening and not much more at the moment. However it’s music first for me as I wanted audio quality in a non intrusive package, multi room and works with Apple Music - these are perfect. I have had a Sonos One and much prefer the audio of the HomePod as well as looks and the feeling of more privacy (I just don’t trust amazon or google as much as Apple (that’s why you pay more)) Enhanced Siri + £50 RRP cheaper and these would be 5 stars!

Bought speaker thinking it would be the best as Apple but how wrong was I half the time it does not work with home app and on setup it’s saying that some items mite not work correct as my internet is not compatible so ring Apple they try setting up same problem they told me my router is not compatible wow was my word was, I regret buying this as Constant problems you ask for light on plays music and so on or don’t work at all, I looked up on google and this is a common problem alone with the security risk as liked to your Apple ID and does not use the same chip used in iPhone what a joke of a speaker at £280.00 it’s a ripoff.

Apple's HomePods give excellent performance even as a stand-alone device. Set up is easy, with only the power cable to worry about, and the device sits discreetly in the background rather than dominating a room. The sound quality is first rate, especially when the background noise varies, and it's hard to believe that it's all coming from a single device. We've also recently bought some HomePod Minis, and they've turned out to be much more fiddly to set up properly. What a shame that the larger HomePods are no longer made.

Apple's HomePod is a really smart speaker, which thanks to serious levels of engineering, produces sound better than anything I've heard in such a small unit.
