- We operate under two different VAT schemes depending on where our products have been sourced.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
 
- All our items sold include a 30 day Return To Base warranty, after which we are unable to accept returns.
- Any faulty item can be returned to be assessed by our technician. We will either have your item returned to you fully repaired or contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
In accordance with distance seller regulations all buyers are entitled to return the item within 14 days. This is only valid if the item is returned in its original state.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please note, all serial numbers are recorded and all items are security marked, therefore, any evidence of tampering will void the warranty.
- Our warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as batteries. Please also be aware that accidental damage is not covered.

    Oldie but a goodie

    MacBook Pro 2015 15” - may be an older model but still decent in 2021, especially if you want more RAM and storage at a cheaper price. As of writing (21/07/21) this device can run latest MacOS (Big Sur) meaning you can do as much you can on do on a newer Intel Mac without the price tag. Only loss being no Touch ID or Touchbar. Another plus for this device is has HDMI, SD Card Reader, 2x USB-A ports and 2x Thunderbolt 2 ports built right into the chassis. This means you don't have to have an adaptor for everything like you do on the newer USB-C Macs. Highly recommend for getting a decent Portable Mac on a budget.

    Very pleased

    I was nervous buying a reconditioned machine. But my fears were unfounded. The device arrived early and was well packed. Having got it setup I’m really impressed with the performance, especially for a 5 year old machine. The battery life also far exceeds what I expected for an older device. Would consider this approach again in the future. Only gripe was the machine came setup with a user but no password was provided. This was not an issue as I simply wiped the disk and reinstalled the OS.

    Great Product

    apple MacBook

    this is an older model than the one currently on sale. It has the 'proper' ports - the new one has something different which needs an adapter for plugging in your existing printers, mice etc. It is lightweight, and offers all the benefits of apple products and I cannot recommend highly enough, especially the price!
