My 20+ year old shower is working perfectly and the 5 year extended warranty on the whole unit, not just the parts replaced is an amazing deal for around £70 which is an optional extra!! I mailed on Monday and I received it back by Friday! I showered in the evening and it was perfect. Great communication and FANTASTIC service!
