I was sceptic when I bought this item but now I'm positively surprised. It's keeps eyeshadow all day, smooths small wrinkles on lid. I have very greasy lid and I've tested Too Faced, Urban Dacay. This eyeshadow base dosn't dry my lid so I can recommend this eyeshadow base.
