My first read of an Ali Smith book. Quite short and it takes a few pages to get into her original style of writing but well worthwhile. Give her a try.

This book is part of a series (Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer) I would recommend reading them in order - which I didn't! Despite that I was hooked. The writing is unsual and thought-provoking, the characters compelling. The story (stories?) are interlinked and not at all obvious. The setting is modern Britain and I really enjoyed Ali Smith's take on this.

A highly over rated book.... a real disappointment.
