    this is a great product; ensure the entire vehicle is sheeted up, as the consistency of the dye is like water. I found the best way to apply this is by brush. I was unable to 'paint' it on, possibly due to the age of my convertible roof, instead I had to dab it on meaning I used far more than anticipated, but it ensured I got very good coverage. If possible, paint left to right from front to back of vehicle to avoid getting a line as product dries. Wear protective gloves & eyewear. Recomended.

      Good quality and finish but you may need to buy two bottles

      O.K. if you need a "Top Up" to the colour BUT my roof had a few mould marks and the roof needed two coats so you need two bottles. It needs to be supplied in a 50% larger bottle

      Dyeing a saddle bag

      I used it on a faded black canvas saddle bag, and am a bit disappointed that despite several coats you can still see the greyed areas....obviously not as grey as they were, but still noticeable. Also the dye takes the suppleness out of the canvas. So it's OK, but I had hoped for more! I've yet to see if it's water soluble in the rain.....but as the dye's solvent in meths, I expect it to be OK.

      Black convertible roof canvas dye/soft top reviver restorer 500ml

      This dye is excellent value for money its made my faded saab roof look brand new again. i'd highly recommend it. but dont apply it when the sun is out because it tends to evaporate i used 1 and half bottles, when last year i only needed the 1 but that was my fault.

      Does what it says..

      Tried to get algae spots off my mini using expensive auto glym cleaner which hasnt really made much difference so tried one of these dyes instead, hopefully the cleaner has killed the algae even tho it didn't shift it.... Had to order another bottle as it doesn't go far, even on my little mini convertible so my advice is buy two...defo seems to do the job tho so no complaints from me...Hood looks much better after one coat and I'm sure the next coat will bring it up like new..

      a decent product for a quick spruce up

      It does the job and brushes on fairly easily but gets soaked up very quickly. I really only had enough for one good coat of my mini convertible black hood. I will probably buy a second bottle for touching up throughout the year. Take time with your masking, prep is everything
