As explained and in our item description "No brackets, mounting or spacers are included", this is due to them not usually needing to be replaced. Ordering a full kit rather than replacement bobbins will include all mounting needed. As a gesture of goodwill we ordered a spacer to be supplied direct, but this is still pending with R&G. We also accepted a return request in the meantime, we are happy to take the replacements back for a refund if not wanting to wait for a spacer.
