We will ship only once payment confirmation has been received from Ebay to our satisfaction.

We will usually ship using Royal Mail postal services. This provides us with confirmation of delivery. You agree to accept site of this confirmation as proof of delivery.

In the event that you ask us to instruct the carrier to leave an item in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour the delivery will be considered as complete once the carrier has confirmed delivery to us. You assume full responsibility for the goods once the delivery has been made.
