Unwanted Items:
An "Unwanted Item" is classed as an item which you have either ordered by mistake, or you received but not long want.
We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items in new, unused condition. Please return the item back to us within the number of days stated on the listing. (Please note, each item will have a time limit for returns between 7-30 days).
The return postage cost must be paid for by yourself, and the item should be sent by a secure tracked delivery method. It will be your responsibility to get the item back to us safe and in good condition. We will refund you after the return has been received.
 
 
Damaged Items:
A "Damaged Item" is an item which was delivered to you damaged, where the damage occurred in transit. This does not apply to items which have been damaged by yourself, or have been damaged after you took delivery.
We will accept the return if an item which was damaged in transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. The return postage will be paid for by us, as long as the return and return costs have been pre-approved by us first.
 
Faulty Items:
A "Faulty Item" is an item which has a manufacturing defect.
We will accept the return of an item which is faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of noticing or suspecting a fault. The return postage will be paid for by us, as long as the return and return costs have been pre-approved by us first.
 
What is NOT classed as a faulty item:
Every dog is different. Only you know your dog and we cant decide if a toy is suitable for your dog. Once you receive the item, if you feel the toy is not suitable for your dog, you can return the item for a refund (please see terms above). Once a toy has been given to your dog, we can not longer accept a return if you then decide it is not suitable for your dog. By giving an item (a toy, a chew, or other item) to your dog, you take responsibility for how your dog uses/plays with an item.
If your dog has managed to damage a toy, this does not mean the toy is faulty or defective.
