Bought this as a gift and my daughter seems very happy with the phone. Hasn't frozen during use like I have heard can happen.
Nice phone for usual use. Strong battery among OS7.1 blackberry phones. BlackBerry Just doesn't have much apps like Android
It's a good phone, but has a scratc-prone screen and some tendency to heat up, which really cuts the battery life. The keyboard/trackpad are just fantastic, though, as are the retaskable side-buttons. I have them set to "be in Silent mode or not" and "switch application". If put upside-down in a pocket, it can unlock but that's really a quibble.
