I bought this to go with my existing Bodymax squat stands, which are also great. The bench is great for beginner to medium level work. If you want to go really heavy, you would probably want a full on heavy duty model, but for normal humans, even strong ones, this will keep us benching quite happily. I wanted to use this as a basic bench with the squat stands holding the bar over, so i could vary my bench press positions. It works really well for this, for me much better than a bench with built in, fixed position bar stands. You can put it together in about half an hour, if you have peace and quiet, and get your tools organised before you start. Once it's built, you've got a multi position bench that will go from flat (no decline), all the way to almost fully upright, so you can do a range of shoulder work on it, as well as bench pressing. The quality of the padding is just right. You can't feel the hard back of the bench through the foam, even lifting big numbersRead full review

This product is designed to have wheels on the back legs, so is can easily be moved around, however the wheels elevate the legs off the ground so even on the lowest setting it is actually an incline bench, not a flat bench. As most of my bench work is flat this was an inconvenience. For this reason I had to turn the wheels around, so they are not useable, to make the bench flat. Your only other option is to put plates under the other legs of the bench, to make the bench flat.

Very happy. Have used for about 2 years in a gym environment and it's solid. Bought a second one and will add more. Versatile and easy to manoeuvre.
