This is a very reliable and quite washing machine. The drum is of a good size and the controls are easy to use. My sister also has an identical model machine for one year now and still going strong. Bosch machines in general are very reliable. If I was to make any form of criticism, it would be that Bosch Company has made the soap box flimsy on the new machines. So you have to be careful when using it, otherwise it will break quite easily. John Brown

Wash programmes takes longer than my previous Bosch. I ignore the "Time remaining indication" on the display panel as it fluctuates up & down too much throughout the wash. I wait for the alarm that sounds on the completion of the wash. There is no delay on the door opening, so once wash is completed you can open the door. I have only used the 800rpm spin & it seems to dry the clothes well.
