Sadly the DVD player was not able to be connected via an HDMI cable, as there was no provision for this on the item. Therefore it did not connect to the television and was unable to be used.As I failed to notice this when purchasing, no blame can be attached to the seller.This item is not suitable for most recent televisions. It is connected only by the red/yellow and white cable attachments which are insufficient.
