Our warranties cover you in case your cables stop working due to a manufacturer fault. We warrant that Goods will be free from material defects in design, materials or workmanship for the period stated in this listing. This information is also available in your warranty card. All cables are tested before they are shipped to ensure that they are in working order. If your charger stops working, please refer to the troubleshooting information supplied with your product. Please also refer to the information about taking care of your charger to ensure trouble free use. Our warranties are non transferrable. In order to qualify for the warranty, you must have purchased the product directly from us and be able to provide proof of purchase. Exclusions to the warranty are if the cable connectors have been water damaged (please use the plug caps provided as the cables will not work if they sense moisture) or if the cable has been taken apart or has rusted. The following is NOT covered and will invalidate the warranty:
 
• Deliberate or accidental damage to the cable or plugs. Includes missing plug caps. If you have purchased a 3 pin charger, this includes damage to the device.
• Rust and/or water damage caused by moisture or liquid penetration. Plug covers are provided to protect the connectors from water damage, please use.
• Any tampering, disassembling or customisation of the product.
• Damage caused by another electrical appliance.
• The cable, plug or connectors showing signs of misuse or neglect. This includes signs that the cable has been overstretched, twisted or knotted (such as creasing and bulging of the cable sheath), or if the plugs show signs of corrosion or impact damage such as cracks, dents, scratches and scuff marks.
 
Please message us if you would like to claim within the warranty period. We will send you an address for you to send the item to us, please. Responsibility for sending the item to us is with you, the Buyer. On receipt of the item we will inspect it and either repair or replace your item with a like for like item or (on agreement) a similar item. Replacement or repaired items will have a warranty period equal to the remaining time of your existing warranty upon replacement or repair. For example, if your item has a 12 month warranty and you claimed on the warranty after 6 months, you will still have 6 months remaining on the warranty, dependent on receiving the item from you within 14 days of your claim.
 
If, after inspection, we deem that the item is working correctly or the warranty is invalidated due to the reasons listed above, then we will return the item to you. In this case we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £20 plus shipping cost to your address, which must be paid before the item is returned.
