For the money the build quality is good. It took less than ten minutes to install a hard drive inside. I didn't need the instructions and a screwdriver was provided. Worked fine on a Mac. Two of the black screws that secure the case to the hard drive tray didn't tighten all the way up but it wasn't a deal breaker. If your after an enclosure that is easy to swap HDD's in and out of, and don't want to spend a lot this does the job nicely.

Cheap, plastic version of the previous caddies (from same manufacturer) that I have bought in the past, (and am still happily using) This one has no mesh cooling vent on the rear end, and fastenings of the case to the slider are much, much lower quality than others I bought previously.

This is really easy to set up, just open the case, slide in the hard-drive and then screw it closed. Only thing is that it came with no instructions as to install, it's worth noting that the silver screws attach the hard-drive to the case and the black screws are used to keep the case together. Other than that it's plug and play, USB, however it does take power directly from mains electricity.
