We like the tap, which seems good quality, but the experience with the seller was abysmal. Tap bought with a sink. Delivered really late and then to someone else! Packaging wrecked. Seller wasted a lot of my time as I tried to chase up what I had bought. Seller tends to try to pass the buck to delivery firm that they chose (who I could not contact) and I had to message seller 13 times. Ludicrously slow and bad service.

Once the item returned on the same day they have issued my refund. I was very impressed with the customer service and the speed of service. I will definitely buy from Durovin again.
