The only thing I would have liked is to know the actual delivery details - the tracking info just says, for example, “before Saturday”. The delivery man was very polite but he was unable to bring into the house so left it outside as he had other deliveries to make. Could be a problem for someone on their own. All in all though very happy and happy to recommend chair and seller.

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived.
