I have so far found this guide invaluable. It is well written, easy to follow, motivational and I reckon climbers of almost any standard would get something out of it. In particular it focuses on what is important specifically for climbing. It covers exercise regimes, warm ups, stretches and nutrition. It even touches on mental approach. The self assessment section I found more useful than I expected as it has identified some areas I need to focus on. Only thing in think is missing is there's no guide to any kind of warm down routine. The author has also not attempted to tackle technique so look elsewhere if you need help with that. But in terms of improving your climbing fitness then this book should help whatever your level.
