we ordered this which we tried to pay for straight away. you have to wait for an invoice to include the shipping which is fine. We received this and made payment straight away. A lady then got in touch to say it was out of stock and they wouldnt be able to provide the item. She then wanted us to try contact ebay to ask for our money back. It wasnt a little bit of money and the at point of sending an invoice with shipping they should have realised it was out of stock.

my reply, as this was a 0 feedback buyer I was not very keen to just send before contact was made, and as it states in my adverts all items are for sale and as this item was sold I would need to order another model in for stock.. but I understand the customer could not wait and payment was refunded same day ! :)
