Been using these for just over a week. They fit well and you can adjust a little to suit. They do feel a little snug but I feel like my ears are adjusting to the fit. I'd say they are a medium level of noise dampening. Overall and for the price I'm pleased with them.

I'm normally using a small sized ear plug for one ear and a medium one for the other. These ear plugs come in one size and unfortunately they are too big for the smaller ear, making it painful to wear the ear plugs for an extended period of time, e.g. for sleeping. The pain woke me up in the middle of the night. The ear plugs are also too long, I had to remove the green part in order to prevent the ear plug from touching my pillow and pressing deeper into my ear canal. As for the noise insulation, they are comparable to the classic moldable ear plugs intended for one time use. I bought these reusable ear plugs for sleeping but due to the reasons mentioned above, I wouldn't recommend them.

After I had realised it was best to squeeze the round tip to flatten it for a better fit before inserting into the ear canal, I found them easy to use. I also had to snip about 2mm off the length as I have small ears. They blocked 3 quarters of sound out.

I use ear plugs for motorcycling and have tried many types. These were the easiest to insert and the sound deadening is better than most that i have tried in the past although they are rated at 30db, so should be effective. They are comfortable for hours of use and overall are better than some i have bought which were four times the price

I never bother with reviews, but these are perfect. I took them to Creamfields, used them Saturday night and couldn't hear a peep, so I managed to get plenty of sleep. Unfortunately I lost one of them because I didn't put them back in the case. So Sunday night, I woke up when everyone started being noisy. I did put them in when I was by one of the stages, just to test them, and they blocked out so much of the sound. So I would recommend these for sleeping as they block out all noise that you would otherwise hear. They're not really for music events, if you are there to listen to the music. They cancel too much sound out for this. I'd use disposable foam ones so you can still enjoy the music. But I will buy these again at this price, so not too worried about having lost one.
