We used a 50kg bag on it and the frame moved dangerously when in use , there is no way the frame could withstand this sort of movement without me being seriously concerned about it collapsing in time . I cannot fault the communication of the seller but sadly this frame is not as described , the seller has told me they plan to review the design to make it more sturdy. The case was handled very professionally. In regards to this statement, we have sold many of those frames before and received many positive feedbacks.Unfortunately, we were not able to solve the buyer problem remotely therefore we accepted and agreed to return the item. The frame was reassembled at our end and tested. There were no issues detected with the frame. Video available on the request. Best Regards

The money went from my account. The seller was great when I contacted them. The money had arrived despite all the evident cock ups and they were dispatching my frame as soon as possible. Even asked if I wanted next day delivery over Christmas!
