I bought this for several small jobs I have been meaning to get to. The plane was fine and jobs done. I did try to plane a larger piece of wood but found that the blade repeatedly came loose whilst being used. It took a lot longer as the tightening of the blade did not seem to last long before loosening again and the blade slipping out of position. So, for smaller quick jobs it is great but not so much for a prolonged use. Would I buy again? Yes, because it did what I bought it for.

It's cheap and not great quality but it works OK. If you need to use more than once or twice a year then you'll need to put your hand in you pocket for some more money and get a better quality tool like the Stanley plane

I bought this plane because my side gate wasn’t closing properly. It wasn’t quite as sharp as I had hoped but did the job ok considering the price which was cheap.

This is the first plane i ever saw with a screw sticking out from the under the handle into the sole plate. I first had to grind the screw head to below the surface. After a lot of work the plane works pretty good.

poor quality blade kept slipping or leaving divets in the wood i was planing. Also the grip was bad and ended up with blisters, if you have tiny hands then its probably ok. You get what you pay for. straight in the bin.
