When I wasn’t able to connect the two they sent an adapter out extremely fast. The computer was like new. I’m very pleased with the service and communication. I just wish they had caught that an adapter was needed before sending the merchandise out. I’m not tech savvy at all, and having something not work because a part was missing created unnecessary stress.

The computer works quickly and it looks brand new even though refurbished. I've only had it running two days, but so far I am very pleased with my purchase. I love Dell computers. I had a small issue setting up my first computer because I did not read all the description (If you use your phone's Hotspot for internet service, you will need an additional piece) When I contacted the company on a Saturday, they responded within a few minutes. They helped me correct my problem and I am now up and running. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy!

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
