There may be some non-standard, Dell-specific features but this Small Format Factor PC is really easy to use and easy to modify. With a 3 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM it runs very well for normal, non-game-fanatic users. There is only room for a single HDD which means that, if you wish to upgrade to SSD and keep your data separate (which you should do), you would have to attach an external HDD. It has a card reader in lieu of a floppy disc drive but, as this has a very poor writeup on the web, I recommend that you ignore this item. It takes Windows 10 with ease and has a number of Dell utilities which may prove useful. It has integral graphics for both VGA and a DisplayPort (adaptable for either HDMI or DVI), but note also that if you wish for better graphics you'll have to fit a half-height PCI-e card. All in all, a great, inexpensive product.Read full review

I bought this computer at a reasonable price so it was value for money. It comes in 3 sizes a mini tower, a desktop and a small form factor. I bought the desktop (780 DT.)It had 4GB DDR3 ram at 1067MHz and a 3Ghz Intel duo Quad. Both of these were excellent. Although I did some research I was not aware of the case limitations. It only takes 1 HDD and it only has 1 PCIe which I used for a new graphics card. It does have and external eSATA connection though. As I wanted to add a second HDD I had to purchase a Orico mobile rack 5.25 to 3.5 internal tray and replace the DVD RW drive, and I purchased a USB external DVD RW drive. These set me back another £33. The system is now fine but as I do not have a PCIe spare I cannot install a USB 3 Card and my backups are taking forever. I will probably have to buy an eSATA caddy to replace my USB 3 current backup device. Which with a 1000GB HDD will cost another £50. So I am very happy with the computer but the limitations of the case have added quite a lot of additional costs.Read full review
The used computer arrived really fast, it was much better than described - very clean outside and inside (despite of warning of possible dust inside) and "untested" DVD drive worked fine. What was needed - just a monitor, USB keyboard and mouse, kettle-plug power cable and ethernet network connection. And operating system install DVD, of course. But operating system got installed very easily (and fast, the beast is really up-to-date in 2014); I recommend visiting Producer's web page, in the Support section just enter Service Tag Ref (found on two stickers on the case plus in BIOS information) and manuals and product-specific tuned-up drivers and utilities can be downloaded and installed straight from there. No need for trying insecure unauthorized drivers from dozens of webpages! In brief - I like the computer and I am grateful that there are still eBay refurbishers-sellers who can do their job properly.Read full review
