The problem is the build quality and the sound. The sound first. When you first listen to acoustic music, you will be impressed. It will sound both warm and detailed. However, as time goes by you'll be aware of something a bit irritating and tiring. When you try to tie this down, one way to do it is listen to a quality recording of a male speaking voice. The problem becomes apparent instantly, they have boosted both the lower bass and the treble. As soon as you have identified this, classical or acoustic music becomes unlistenable. Then there is the build quality. The arms holding the earcups crack almost immediately. Like, after a few days in my case. And this is just normal on and off, its not dropping them or throwing them in a suitcase or briefcase. If you try to repair this, as I did, you take them to bits and find the arms are flimsy pieces of hollow plastic holding the cups on with brass pins. It is an incredibly incompetent piece of design. Faced with this, and having only spent £20 on them, which is well below alleged list of £60 or so, but still far too much for what they are, I filled the hollow arms with epoxy and took them to the charity shop. Do not buy these. Instead, spend only a bit more than list on these, and get the AKG 550. These were to be had on Ebay for under £100, and they are well built and a revelation in terms of sound quality. You will hear detail you never dreamt was on the recording, and the balance is perfect, voices sound natural, there is no boom or excessive treble emphasis. They are closed back, reasonably isolating from external noise though not totally, and comfortable. They will last forever and are probably the best earphones to be had at any price.Read full review

The brand is rubbish. I am not able to listen to anything when in the bus or even when walking. Every lorry passing by, every bus and a motorbike overtake the sound. I guess they are made to use them at home. I hope they break soon so I will not feel guilty to buy different ones. Such high price for a mediocre product as this one...

I was looking for a mobile, cost effective and wide range frequency efficient over-ear headphones. Yes I got it. It has a excellent sound in comparison with it's price level. My best issue about this product is incredible gain even with mobile devices like smartphones. The only bad thing is material, some thin plastic components make me feel it's fragile.
I needed a good chord and reasonable priced headphones. Denon offers both. The headphones are really comfortable away and they can be considered for long periods of time. The sound is solid and the bass is repeated very nicely. The headphone that comes with storage bag was a nice surprise.
Much cheaper, like almost 45 pounds than shops in denmark. Sound is perfect, phines fit nicely and, not too tight, over ears.
