Scary being Vegan?

As a virgin to Veganism I thought I had entered a mindfield...what can I eat, what shall I cook? Then I heard about Matt Pritchard from his YouTube episodes. I then researched him and found his book! Yay, Vegan cooking made easy with food you can buy in a super market and not some specialist store. Scary Vegan to Happy Vegan! Great cook book!
