I've been playing tin / penny whistles for a long time but as it's not my main instrument have never ventured beyond the cheapest student whistles. Whilst this one is still not expensive it is a huge step up in terms of sound. It is so much sweeter than anything I've played and I love the fact that, because of it's polymer construction, it doesn't need to be warmed up to play in tune. It is a very easy whistle to play and jumping between octaves is the easiest I've found. I will be coming back for a Low 'D' and would recommend this soprano to anyone, experienced or beginner.

It is a good instrument for indoor playing and to be in practice. It is not loud enough for playing outdoors or in a noisy place. It is exactly tuned, and easy to play in the second octave too. If you use it in an apartment hosuse for practice You will not disturb your neighbours.

I was pleasantly surprised with this little instrument. It's well made, well finished and has a lovely tone. Well recommended!

Really easy to play. Only 4 stars as it slightly reminds me of a recorder. Some might like this.
