I was very unhappy with copy that arrived. Very well worn, stained, ripped and dirty. It It was described as in very good condition!
Other wise packing and despatched time very good.
Mistakes and errors occur and it is then how they are resolved that is the mark of a good Company, and that proved true in this case.
Issue resolved by excellent Customer Service Dept. 0ver all, a tad frustrating, but still deserves a Positive for instantly both apologising and replacing with excellent book.
