This 4th book follows on from the others in the series and seems to engage my 3year old. She loves to pretend to read along and there are pointers and activities for the parent to suggest to the child so it is really interactive. It can be a bit disjointed in the storyline but we find a lot of books for this age can be like this, even the award wiinning ones. The illustrations are very good with just enough detail to hold the childs interest and get them asking qwuestions. I think that these books will be great for learning to read to as they seem to follow a standard and it seems simple enough.
