1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Knocking Stick, (hereinafter referred to as “Knocking Stick”).
 
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
 
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery service as Knocking Stick will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
 
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.

4.3. Postage Charges include the actual Postage cost plus, Insurance and packaging material.

5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.

    Great value tool, saved me a lot of time !

    I read the reviews before buying this as it seemed too cheap (£3.86) to be any good. As suggested in reviews, I raised the staples a little with a small flat screwdriver as the tack lifter points were slightly too thick to get underneath. I found by repositioning the tack lifter prongs and turning over to the side, you could remove both legs of staple successfully. I did also used pliers to pull out the more stubborn staples once they had been loosened with the tack lifter. I couldn't have done the job without it, very sturdy, I wish I'd bought one years ago !

    Very good value for money

    Product is very good value and have used this brand before. Unfortunately the packaging was not great as the 2 prongs of the staple lifter was sticking out of the packaging and could have been damaged in transit but luckily is was ok.

    A great tool

    A very natty drawing pin remover which wasn’t very easy to find online. It is very well made and certainly does the job, and big enough to make it difficult to misplace. Definitely recommended.

    Great value for money tool

    Very sturdy. Comfortable handle. End can be a little thick to get under some staples but I just used a small flat screwdriver to slightly lift staple first. Great value.
