Received only 18 hours after placing the order. Superb new vacuum, not refurbished and comes with 2 years' guarantee. Fantastic machine with all the tools you could want new in sealed box. The only negative is that the bin size is too small and requires regular emptying. It's so easy to pick up from the charging bracket, I tend to use it every day, particularly having two dogs. I only have praise for this purchase. Well done Dyson and eBay.

Thank goodness I bought a refurbished one (it does appear new though) because I would have been so upset if I had paid full price. How it ever received such good reviews I have no idea. A cheap cordless vacuum cleaner, about £50 from Dunelm, does a much better job of the floors, hard and carpet, and is easier to manouver in my opinion for this activity. The only reason I went for the Dyson V8 was for the accessories that my other cordless does not have and I was tired of hauling my Dyson DC07 all over the place to vacuum skirtings and furniture. It is easy to empty though.

Really pleased I bought this. It’s so much better than my previous hoover & cordless makes it so easy & quick that I hoover so much more often than before. Refurbished product seems good as new, just hope it lasts long term! Felt like a more sustainable (and cheaper) option than buying brand new. Also bagless so no waste
