I have already purchased, and consumed, several of these batteries over the past twenty years. Despite advice from the main-stream motoring organisations, these are the smallest (72aH) to kick a 2.5litre diesel into life on a summer morn, a 60aH just will not do it. My vehicles have to stand outdoors o/night, in all weathers, all year round. These are sold as Starter Batterries, for motor vehicles, and must measure 1aH/HP, any less is futile, a completely false economy.. The Exide has proven itself in my stables over so many years. We need reliability, we are not hobby drivers, and the TUC in London even promoted us to Proffessionals back in the late 1990's. We are on call 24/7, in almost any weather. I am a "hands-on" techy, and have no wish to be called a Proffessional, for ... I have already purchased, and consumed, several of these batteries over the past twenty years.
