The delivery was a week late which was down to FedEx not the seller. Because they said it was an invalid address which was rubbish because the seller put our exact address on the parcel so should have arrived on time but the courier had other ideas and tried to blame the seller. Will use this seller again A +++ hopefully they'll change their choice of courier

The delivery company failed, badly. I have phoned DPD directly and opened a case for investigation.
