I have given positive feedback and this is due to receiving a reply on the same day I asked a question regarding my delivery. Probably totally out of the sellers hands, but I paid for next day delivery @ £7.99 which was meant to be a Saturday before 1pm and the goods were not shipped until the Monday, arriving Tuesday with my customers car stuck on the ramp and raging at me. 3 days late, either a very bad service, or Royal Fail strikes again.
