First time I used this I had a good result as my ear was a bit blocked from using earplugs for long hours daily. Quality is great too, very strong. Obviously must be used with great care, manoeuvring it very slowly if you go near sensitive parts of ear canal. Inside the ear canal there are vibratory fibres to detect sound, they are very fragile and if damaged it would be permanent, causing hearing loss. So this is good but be careful, do not go beyond safe areas.

I thought this was a great idea and had hoped it would be better than cotton buds, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. The head is too short and too broad for my ears, and too soft to go in more than a short way. I appreciate that is to avoid damage but the result was it collected almost no wax. For those with slightly more space in the outer ear it will probably be fine, but not for me. Such a shame.

Cheap and cheerful, so good value for money. Got some ear wax out, but if you have any compacted ear wax, then it doesn't really help.I will use it once a week to hopefully keep my ears clear, once the compacted wax has been professionally removed

I don't think the ear wax cleaner cleans properly the ear... I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and don't feel (or see) that my ears are cleaner. The only good thing is that the item is reusable and ecologically friendly... but in the end, it's not cleaning my ears, which is disappointing.

Certainly gets fully into the ear. Either I had no wax or the soft spiral was just a little, too soft to remove the wax. Having said that, it certainly keeps the ear canal open. The device is well made with arrows showing which way to turn the spiral tip.
